By accessing or using Wealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service. We respect your choice.

As Wealth evolves and grows, these terms may change. When we make significant changes:

• Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms

1.3 Who Can Use Wealth

To use Wealth, you must:

• Be capable of forming a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information

If you're using Wealth on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2.1 Service Description

Wealth by AlgoRhythmz is a wealth management platform that helps you:

• Aggregate Financial Data: Connect your bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts to see all your finances in one place
• Track Net Worth: Automatically calculate and visualize your net worth over time
• Analyze Spending: Understand where your money goes with intelligent categorization
• Plan for Goals: Set financial goals and track your progress
• Make Informed Decisions: Access insights and analytics to help you manage your wealth

We use Plaid's technology to securely connect to your financial institutions. This means we never store your bank login credentials—Plaid handles that connection securely.

2.2 What We're Not

To be clear about expectations:

• Not Financial Advice: We provide tools and information, but we don't provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
• Not a Bank or Broker: We don't hold your money, process payments, or execute trades. We're a financial data aggregation and analysis platform.
• Not an Investment Manager: We don't manage investments on your behalf or have discretionary authority over your accounts.

3.1 Registration

To use Wealth, you'll need to create an account. When you register:

• Provide Accurate Information: Give us truthful, current, and complete information
• Keep It Updated: Let us know if your information changes
• One Account Per Person: Each person should have only one account

3.2 Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• Strong Password: Choose a strong, unique password
• Keep It Confidential: Don't share your login credentials with anyone
• Multi-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling MFA (and require it for certain features)
• Notify Us of Breaches: If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at security@algorhythmz.com

We'll never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other method. If someone claiming to be from AlgoRhythmz asks for your password, it's not us—please report it.

3.3 Account Termination

Your Right to Leave: You can close your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at support@algorhythmz.com. When you close your account:

• You can request deletion of your data (see our Privacy Policy for details)
• We'll honor a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted (except what we're required to keep for legal/compliance reasons)

Our Right to Suspend or Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We're required to do so by law
• The service is discontinued (with at least 90 days' notice)

If we terminate your account, we'll try to give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, unless doing so would violate the law or a court order.

We use Plaid, a trusted third-party service, to connect to your financial institutions. When you link an account:

You represent that:

• You own or have authorization to access the accounts you link
• The information you provide is accurate
• You'll notify us if you lose access to a linked account

We're not responsible for:

• Errors in data provided by your financial institutions
• Delays in data availability from financial institutions
• Issues with Plaid's service (though we'll work to resolve them)

5.1 Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your financial data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, but here are the key points:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Overload our servers with excessive requests
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Bypass security measures

Misrepresentation:

• Provide false information during registration
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Commercial Use (without permission):

• Resell or redistribute our services
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent

If we discover policy violations, we may suspend or terminate your account.

• The AlgoRhythmz name, logo, and branding
• The platform's design, code, and architecture

Your Data: You retain all rights to your personal information and financial data. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

8.1 Service Uptime

We strive to keep Wealth available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Reasons for downtime might include:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance when possible)

• Issues with third-party services (Plaid, hosting providers)
• Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages)

Our Goal: 99.9% uptime for core services.

8.2 Service Modifications

As a growing platform, we may:

• Add new features and capabilities
• Modify or discontinue existing features
• Update the user interface
• Change pricing models (if we become a paid service)

We'll give you advance notice of significant changes, especially those that might affect how you use the service.

8.3 Beta Features

Some features may be marked as "Beta" or "Experimental":

• These features are still being tested
• They may not work perfectly or may change significantly
• We appreciate feedback on beta features
• Beta features come "as is" with no warranties

10.1 Service "As Is"

Wealth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• Data from financial institutions will always be accurate or timely
• The service will meet your specific needs
• Defects will be corrected immediately

What This Means for You: While we work hard to provide reliable service, technology isn't perfect. We do our best, but we can't promise perfection.

• You're responsible for your financial decisions
• Always verify important information with your financial institutions

We're Not Liable For:

• Investment losses or missed opportunities
• Financial decisions based on information in the platform
• Errors in data provided by third parties (banks, Plaid)
• Tax consequences of your financial activities

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

Maximum Liability: The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0, since the service is free).

What We're Not Liable For:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss (though we maintain backups)
• Service interruptions beyond our control

Exceptions: These limitations don't apply to:

• Gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Violations of law that can't be limited by contract
• Personal injury or death caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

10.4 Third-Party Services

Plaid and Other Integrations:

• We're not responsible for Plaid's services, errors, or downtime
• Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's terms of service
• Issues with financial institutions are beyond our control

Our Role: We'll do our best to help resolve issues with third-party services, but we can't control their operations.

12.1 Our Preference: Talk to Us First

Before taking legal action, please contact us at support@algorhythmz.com. Most issues can be resolved through friendly conversation.

• Your account email (if applicable)

We'll respond within 5 business days and work in good faith to resolve your concern.

12.2 Informal Negotiation

If emailing doesn't resolve the issue, let's schedule a video call or phone conversation to discuss. We're reasonable people and want to find fair solutions.

12.3 Arbitration

If we're unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiation, you agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or AAA (American Arbitration Association), rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the chosen organization.

12.4 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlgoRhythmz.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We'll work to replace any invalid provision with something similar that is enforceable.

13.3 No Waiver

If we don't enforce a right under these terms, it doesn't mean we're waiving that right. We can still enforce it later.

13.4 Assignment

You: You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Us: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms if:
